CFD continues to experience severely reduced orders since January 2024. After much deliberation and careful consideration of various factors, including market dynamics, operational challenges, and strategic planning, we have made the difficult decision to cease production activities effective 15 April. We regret that this action must be taken, but it is out of our control. We do not know the cause of the reduction in orders except that it may be due to current geopolitical affairs beyond our control.

This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on our employees, customers, and partners. We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has been a part of our journey thus far.

CFD will consider offers to purchase IP and or physical CFDI assets by qualified buyers. Also, We would like to assure our customers that we remain committed to fulfilling all existing orders to the best of our ability and ensuring a smooth transition process. We will work with our customers to identify alternate sources of supply to the extent they may be available.
